Career Honors: Received the "Coaches Award" at the annual banquet for her work ethic, contributions on and off of the field, and positive attitude.

 

As a Senior (2002): Florida's lone senior ... Started 50 games this season ... Florida's third leading batter with a .293 average ... One of only four Gators with double figures in doubles this season (10) ... Her 23 RBI tied for the team lead ... Season-high three hits in 3-for-3 performance vs. No.21 Florida State April 17...Hit in all three games of the Gators' series with Kentucky (March 16 and 17) going 3-for-8 with two RBI...Hit her only triple this season during a 1-for-3, season-high three RBI performance in win against St. Johns February 19...Two RBI and one hit vs. No.16 Cal State Fullerton March 6...Went 4-for-6 in her final home series at Florida vs. South Carolina April 20-21 and was responsible for pinch runner Jackie Marchetta's winning run in extra innings in game 1...Allowed only one error this season, the fewest among Florida regulars ... went 2-for3 with a run, a RBI and a double in loss to No. 17 Alabama on March 19 ... had three consecutive multiple hit games against Florida State and South Carolina and was perfect in two of those games ... went 2-for-3 with a double, a home run, two runs and three RBI against South Carolina on April 25 ... the home run was the first of her career ... 5-for-9 with a run and a RBI in the series at Mississippi State including a 3-for-4 performance on May 4 ... two personal goals for her final season were to hit a home run and make a highlight reel worthy diving catch, did both in the last two weeks of the regular season.

 

As a Junior (2001): Played 51 games in the outfield, spending 46 of them in right field ... batted .238 with eight doubles and 14 RBI ... was 7-for-10 in stolen bases ... posted a personal-best, eight-game hitting streak (4/4-4/18; .448, 13-for-29, 3 2B, 5 R, 5 RBI) ... scored the game-winning run in a 7-6, eleven-inning victory at Georgia Southern.

 

As a Sophomore (2000): Sat out 2000 season due to NCAA transfer rules.

 

Fresno State (1997-98): Transfer from Fresno State where she was a member of the 1998 National Championship team as a redshirt freshman and a two-year Dean's List student.

 

High School: A graduate of Carmel High School in Carmel, Ind. ... named to Olympic Conference team in 1996 and 1997... all-county selection in 1996 and 1997 ... was all-state and MIC Conference ... team was 1997 state runner-up after going undefeated in the regular season ... member of two North-South All-Star teams ... finished with a .988 fielding percentage her senior season.
